Terms and Conditions Effective Date: August 10, 2026
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all bookings, reservations, products, services, and travel experiences provided by A-List Travel & Tours Limited (“ALTT,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By making a reservation through Bókun, our website, an online travel agency (OTA), travel advisor, affiliate partner, social media platform, telephone, email, WhatsApp, or any other booking channel, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
- Booking Confirmation
All reservations are subject to availability.
A booking is confirmed only after:
- Full payment or required deposit has been received (where applicable);
- A booking confirmation has been issued by A-List Travel & Tours Limited; and
- The reservation has been accepted by our booking system.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any booking where payment cannot be verified or where fraudulent activity is suspected.
- Pricing and Payment
All prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
Prices may include applicable taxes and fees unless specifically indicated otherwise.
Accepted payment methods may include:
- Credit Cards
- Debit Cards
- PayPal
- Bank Deposit
- Other approved payment methods
Outstanding balances must be paid before services are provided unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Cancellation Policy
Customer Cancellations
Unless otherwise stated on the individual product page:
- Five (5) or more days before departure: 100% refund.
- Three (3) to Four (4) days before departure: 50% refund.
- Less than 72 hours before departure: No refund.
Certain attractions, admission tickets, special events, private charters, customized itineraries, luxury services, and third-party suppliers may have different cancellation policies. The cancellation policy displayed at the time of booking will apply.
No Shows
Guests who fail to arrive at the designated meeting location at the scheduled time, without prior notification and approval, will be considered a No Show.
No refunds will be issued for:
- No Shows
- Missed cruise departures
- Missed flights
- Incorrect pickup information provided by the guest
- Failure to present required travel documents
- Changes Requested by Guests
Requests to modify reservations are subject to availability.
Additional fees may apply for:
- Date changes
- Time changes
- Vehicle upgrades
- Tour upgrades
- Additional passengers
- Last-minute changes
- Changes Made by A-List Travel & Tours Limited
We reserve the right to modify:
- Tour itineraries
- Pickup locations
- Departure times
- Attractions
- Vehicles
- Guides
when necessary, due to:
- Weather
- Traffic conditions
- Cruise schedule changes
- Attraction closures
- Safety concerns
- Mechanical issues
- Operational requirements
- Circumstances beyond our control
Whenever practical, comparable alternatives will be provided.
- Cruise Passenger Policy
Guests arriving by cruise ship are responsible for providing:
- Cruise Line
- Ship Name
- Arrival Time
- All Aboard Time
Guests are responsible for returning to the cruise terminal before their ship’s departure.
Although we carefully schedule excursions to facilitate a timely return, guests who voluntarily deviate from the itinerary, fail to follow guide instructions, or delay departure from attractions assume responsibility for any resulting missed departure.
- Travel Documents
Guests are solely responsible for obtaining and carrying all required:
- Passports
- Visas
- Entry permits
- Vaccination records (if applicable)
- Government-issued identification
A-List Travel & Tours Limited is not responsible for denied boarding, denied entry, or immigration decisions made by government authorities.
- Health and Medical Conditions
Guests should disclose any medical conditions, allergies, mobility limitations, pregnancy, or other special requirements before travel.
Some tours involve:
- Walking
- Uneven terrain
- Water activities
- Adventure activities
- High temperatures
Participation is at the guest’s own discretion.
- Alcohol and Drug Policy
Guests under the influence of illegal drugs or excessive alcohol whose behavior presents a safety concern may be refused service without refund.
Smoking and vaping are permitted only where allowed by law and at designated locations.
- Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to:
- Treat staff, guides, drivers, and other guests respectfully.
- Follow all safety instructions.
- Comply with local laws.
- Respect local culture and customs.
- Follow attraction rules.
Disruptive, abusive, threatening, or unsafe behavior may result in immediate removal from the tour without refund.
- Children
Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult unless otherwise stated.
Parents and guardians remain fully responsible for supervising minors throughout the experience.
- Transportation
Vehicle assignments are based upon:
- Number of passengers
- Availability
- Operational requirements
Vehicle substitutions may occur without prior notice while maintaining an equivalent or higher standard whenever possible.
- Third-Party Suppliers
Certain experiences include services provided by independent suppliers, including:
- Attractions
- Restaurants
- Hotels
- Adventure operators
- Boat operators
- Transportation partners
A-List Travel & Tours Limited acts as an intermediary for these services and is not responsible for acts, omissions, delays, injuries, cancellations, or service failures attributable to third-party providers.
- Limitation of Liability
Participation in all tours and transportation services is voluntary.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, A-List Travel & Tours Limited shall not be liable for:
- Personal injury
- Illness
- Death
- Loss of luggage
- Theft
- Property damage
- Flight delays
- Cruise delays
- Missed connections
- Acts of third parties
- Government actions
- Force majeure events
except where caused solely by our proven negligence.
- Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for failure to perform our obligations because of events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Hurricanes
- Tropical storms
- Earthquakes
- Flooding
- Pandemics
- Epidemics
- Government restrictions
- Civil unrest
- Transportation disruptions
- Utility failures
- Labor disputes
- Photography and Marketing
During tours, photographs and videos may occasionally be taken for promotional purposes.
By participating, guests grant permission for A-List Travel & Tours Limited to use such images unless the guest notifies us in writing before the tour begins.
- Lost Property
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.
Lost items recovered by our staff will be retained for a reasonable period. Shipping or delivery costs for recovered items are the responsibility of the guest.
- Accessibility
We strive to accommodate guests with disabilities whenever possible.
Requests for accessible transportation or special accommodations should be made at the time of booking.
Availability cannot be guaranteed without advance notice.
- Privacy
Personal information collected during the booking process is used solely for:
- Processing reservations
- Customer service
- Operational communication
- Legal and regulatory compliance
Information is handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and will not be sold to third parties.
- Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Jamaica.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the services provided shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jamaica.

Acknowledgement
By completing a booking with A-List Travel & Tours Limited, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. These Terms apply to all reservations made directly with A-List Travel & Tours Limited or through any authorized booking platform, including Bókun, Viator, GetYourGuide, TripAdvisor, Shore Excursions Group, Expedia, and affiliated travel partners.
